Well folks, it’s been a couple of months since the last update more or less because…nobody has sent me any stories! LOL. I’ll admit my only updating once a month has probably been a turn off to some people and with the somewhat archaic way that I have maintained this site I have just not been able to do timely updates….

Until now.

Although I have encouraged folks to use Fanfiction.net (in which I’m glad to see there’s over 500+ stories under the Dukes of Hazzard category over there!!) due to my only updating once a month, I’m happy to announce that I have made some software upgrades to my computer and can now update this site in a more timely manner. So, please take a look at the changes to the submission guidelines. No more updating only once a month! However, do keep in mind that updates will not be immediate. (I’m good, but I ain’t that good).

I dunno about you but I’ve eaten enough candy today to stuff an elephant. Probably not a good thing but, chocolates and candy are about my only vice and not one that I have harbor any guilty feelings about either. Heh!

Well I hope y’all enjoy the Halloween fics and for those of you still working on one, I’ll still take it. =)

Woah…an update two days in a row?? This is really getting scary! But thanks to Jax for the idea of a Halloween Challenge!

Well, it looks like y’all are diggin’ the new look. I’m still intending to tinker with it some more so be prepared for whatever inspires me. LOL.

In true Coltrane fashion, I somehow managed to blow up the forums while trying to upgrade the software. LOL. Y’all stand by while I scream for help from Meadowmufn…. AAAAHHH!!!! HELP!!

Meantime, Brian and I are still hard at work on the latest as-yet-untitled Kin story. One thing is for certain, as with just about all the Kin Series stories thus far, this thing is freakin’ YUGE!! LOL. And it’s got all the usual elements you’ve come to enjoy in the Kin Series. Drama, comedy, angst, car chases and shootouts. What more do you need? Khee!
